My career is focused on building innovative organizations and shaping all aspects of business operations; most notably defining effective growth models, implementing novel talent management approaches, and developing research and technology strategy.  I led companies that sought to optimize human performance and create cutting-edge technology to increase operational effectiveness and efficiency.  I have a range of experiences leading high performing teams through product development, as well as operational and strategic initiatives.  As a leader, I seek to build consensus based on open communications focused on a clearly defined strategic vision. 

Throughout my career I have built and maintained lasting relationships with customers and partners that have translated into strong collaborations and a record of program success.  This professional experience builds off my academic background as an industrial and organizational psychologist and the many practical lessons learned from my research on optimizing organizational performance and the use of technology to augment human performance and decision making.
